Conditions for Order Cancellation

Within 48 Hours (Unshipped): You may request a direct cancellation if your order was placed within 48 hours of payment confirmation and has not yet been dispatched from our facility.

After 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders that have exceeded the 48-hour window or have already been handed over to the carrier cannot be directly canceled as logistics processes are already underway. Once your furniture is delivered, you may initiate a return and refund. For detailed guidance, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation Process
- Contact our customer care team via email at care@cavanethceli.com or by phone at +1 (432) 234-7892 to submit your cancellation request. Please provide your order number and proof of payment.
- Our customer care team will review your request promptly. Once confirmed, we will notify you immediately by email and initiate your full refund.
Refund Details

Refund Method & Amount: Upon approved cancellation, a full refund (including any product costs and initial shipping fees paid) will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used at checkout.

Processing Time: Depending on your card issuer's billing cycle and processing schedule, funds are expected to post to your account within 1 to 5 business days. If the refund does not appear after 5 business days, please reach out to us for immediate assistance.
Cancellation Fees
There are no cancellation fees, processing fees, or restocking fees for eligible orders canceled prior to shipment within the allowed timeframe.
Order Information Modifications
If you need to update shipping addresses or contact details, please notify us immediately. If the order has already entered the fulfillment or transit stage, alterations cannot be made and standard delivery and return procedures will apply.
In the rare circumstance that an ordered item becomes unavailable or cannot be delivered due to unexpected inventory issues, we will reach out to you right away via email. If a satisfactory solution cannot be reached, the order will be canceled immediately and a 100% full refund will be returned to your original payment method.
